 | What should I do in case I have problems with my Internet connection?
  Contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
 
 | What should I do if my Netbank account is blocked or if I forgot my password ?
  After 5 unsuccessful logon attempts, your confidential codes will be blocked. You will then need to enter the category of the question you chose while subscribing and the answer to it. If If you remember it, the system will allow you to enter a new password. You will also receive a confirmation of the change of the password. 
 
 | What should I do when I forget my password ?
  If you forget it, you will have to contact the Bank and ask for a new password.
